While we always recommend visiting in person to try on a variety of outfits, we understand that isn’t always possible. That’s why we’ve made distance shopping easy, personal and reliable.

We send outfits to all parts of Australia and New Zealand. If the outfit isn’t right, we offer a full refund on the outfit price, provided it's returned in original condition within 7 days. (Return postage is the buyer's responsibility.)

  3. Contact us via phone or email with your measurements and any questions
  4. We’ll provide honest advice about fit, suitability, and any possible alterations
  5. Purchase securely by credit card online, over the phone or via PayPal

✅ $75 flat rate for international postage

✅ Approval orders are limited to a maximum of 3 outfits to ensure availability for all customers.

 

Accurate Measurements Are Essential

To ensure the best possible fit, we ask for a snug set of body measurements before shipping. These include:

  • Bust: under arms, around the fullest part and the shoulder blades
  • Waist: natural waistline
  • Hips: widest part, approx. 20cm below the waist

Helena, a professional dressmaker, will advise you honestly—if she feels an outfit won’t work or needs serious alterations, she’ll let you know before it’s sent.

🧵 Minor alterations may still be needed. If so, Helena can guide you or your local dressmaker.

    
 

Style Notes & Colour Guidance

We recommend choosing colours that you already know suit your complexion—now is not the time to experiment. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to help you match tones based on the event and your preferences.

 

Your Perfect Outfit Guarantee

If your outfit isn’t suitable for any reason, you're welcome to return it in unworn condition within 7 days of receiving it.

  • ✔️ We will refund 100% of the outfit price
  • ❌ Return postage is your responsibility
  • ✔️ Outfits must be returned in original, perfect condition with all swing tags and labels attached
  • ⛔ Items returned without prior notice, after the time limit, or with signs of wear will not be refunded

💡 Please let us know if you are returning the outfit and have it back in the post within 7 Days. We often have other clients waiting on specific styles.

 
 

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. Here’s how our returns process works:

  • You have 7 days from receiving your order to decide if you’d like to return it.

  • Returns must be lodged with Express Post (with tracking) within this timeframe.

  • Please provide us with the tracking details by phone or email.

  • Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

Please note that custom or special orders may not be refundable. We’ll let you know before processing if your order falls into this category.

 

Condition Requirements for Returns

  • In the same condition as sent
  • Clean, unworn, and undamaged
  • Free from makeup, perfume, cigarette smoke, pet hair, and marks
  • Step into the outfit where possible
  • Returned with all original labels, packaging, and swing tags intact

❗ Handle outfits gently when trying on—use a scarf over your face to avoid lipstick/makeup stains, and keep the outfit covered when not in use.
